Our office is located in the historic Innovation Center in Burlington. Please ask our receptionists for the code to the parking lot gate. Please park in the allotted spaces in front of our ramp. There are designated handicap parking spots, and the building is handicap accessible.

Weeknights:
Call us at 802-860-1928. Our on-call clinician will check messages at 6 pm, 8 pm, and 9 pm. If you have an emergency, call 911. If you have an urgent need that cannot wait until the scheduled call-back time, dial 9.
After 9 pm, your call will be fielded by a night nurse triage service. An answering service will receive your call and forward it to a pediatrics nurse. The nurses will call you back to address your concerns. One of our clinicians is always available in the background for very urgent needs. Please be patient as the night nurses are fielding a very high volume of calls during COVID.
For non-urgent calls, such as prescription requests, appointment requests, and appointment confirmations, please call us back after 8:30 the next weekday morning to speak with our staff.
On Weekends:
Please call 802-860-1928 for urgent needs that cannot wait until Monday.
An on-call clinician is available to see patients for urgent needs until noon on both Saturdays and Sundays. The on-call clinician will be answering messages until noon, and will call you back as soon as they can.
After noon on Saturdays and Sundays, the night nurse triage service will be answering your calls.
