Billing for Telemedicine, Phone Calls, and Portal Messages

The coronavirus outbreak has forced us to adapt the way we practice to minimize transmission while still providing excellent patient care. The health of your child or adolescent will always be our number one priority.
We are open and ready to care for your family’s health. To reduce risk of transmission of coronavirus, we are doing almost no in-person visits. We are using telemedicine, phone calls, and portal messaging to deliver the majority of patient care. As these forms of communication have replaced in-person visits, we will be billing for these services. We have been assured by most, but not all, health insurance plans that these services will be covered for you.
If your insurance does not cover our fees, and our billing is a financial hardship to you, please call our office and speak with our business manager, Lynn Bergeron. Thank you for understanding.
